Reservation Agreement

This document is a template of reservation agreement under Cyprus law entered into in the context of a prospective sale and purchase of property. Pursuant to its terms the prospective buyer pays a deposit amount to the prospective seller to reserve the property  for a pre-defined period of time, within which the parties must negotiate, agree and enter into a final contract of sale. The purchase price and other material pre-agreed terms may be also included. It is provided both in Greek and English.
